THE FIRST EVER GRATER THINGS
BASEMENT WORKSTATION - 2020
“Together, let’s put an end to cheesy merchandise and create cherished garments that connect with your community, elevate your brand image, and create lasting impressions that go beyond traditional apparel.”
Since 2020, we have transcended the expectations of typical clothing suppliers, producers, or manufacturers. Grater Things Threads, the sister company to Grater Things the retail clothing brand, was founded on utilizing creativity to inspire others and uplift organizations in our community. We craft authentic, high-quality garments that elevate fundraising and special projects to new heights.
We forge a meaningful connection between your organization and its community through uniquely tailored, premium apparel. We take pride in our work and are committed to growing alongside our partners. We view every project as a tapestry, woven with pride and care, reflecting the essence of your organization’s journey, its evolving narrative, and the wonderful creation of new memories.
Based in Rhode Island, we proudly define ourselves as “garment architects” with our practices rooted in the rich textile tradition of New England.
As garment architects, we immerse ourselves in every aspect of the design process. We account for fabric types, stylistic features, and meaningful designs to create garments that resonate deeply and authentically.
Founded by a visionary who has successfully launched two clothing brands, received the Entrepreneurial Student of the Year award from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and raised substantial funds for various organizations, we bring a wealth of experience and a personal touch to every project
The promotional apparel industry is littered with shallow, uninspired designs placed on prefabricated blanks which soon end up at the back of your closet. Grater Things Threads utilizes creativity to help others craft durable, useful, and meaningful garments.
Sustainable design can be found through the quality of our garments, weaved to last countless washes without losing their softness. Our designs are meaningful and timeless, which keeps our garments in closets and out of landfills. All of our cotton is sourced from organic farms in Pakistan a short distance from where the garments are sewn together, reducing the carbon emissions needed for transportation of raw materials. Almost 100% of the stitching processes in our garment studio in Pakistan is run off of solar power, and is committed to fair labor practices and safe working conditions where employees are passionate about their craft and committed to their skills.
